Metoclopramide

Metoclopramide is a drug mainly used to help with nausea and vomiting, commonly seen in chemotherapy, surgeries, and migraines. It helps by making the stomach empty faster and improving the movement of the upper intestines. It also works in the brain, specifically in an area that controls vomiting, to stop feeling sick. Besides, it’s used for treating acid reflux (GERD) and for helping with delayed stomach emptying, a condition called gastroparesis.
