1. Set a realistic and achievable weight loss goal

Setting a realistic and achievable weight loss goal is essential to start on the right foot. It’s important to remember that success takes time, and you should not expect immediate unrealistic weight loss results.

It’s also important to note that any goal should reflect your individual needs. Every person’s body is different and has unique requirements for weight loss.

Make sure your goal is something that you can attain without putting too much strain on yourself.

2. Suck it up and do some work!!!

It’s easy to tell yourself why you don’t need to work out; before you know it, you haven’t worked out in weeks.

Don’t let yourself wallow in an excuse-filled state – mentally prepare to get off your feet and work up a sweat!

The most successful moments often come when we least expect them, but only if we move away from the comforts of our excuses.

So suck it up – that workout is worth more than just the physical benefits.

Weight loss is highly possible, and a healthy weight can be right around the corner.

3. Don’t be a slob; choose healthy eating habits.

STOP eating crap!. Garbage foods are a big HELL NO! If you want the energy to get through the day and get to a healthy weight.

Eating the wrong foods will clog your arteries and give you lousy energy that makes you drag during the day. You will NOT lose weight if you don’t change your eating habits.

It’s almost like pouring lousy fuel into your body. The destructive energy will only bring you down, and your body won’t be able to recover in time for more tedious tasks throughout the day.

Feeding yourself bad foods can cost you time and money as it negatively affects your physical and mental health, Not to mention your weight loss goals.

So unleashing bad things on your body is a big no-no! You don’t need to pay a nutritionist to tell you to put the Donut fatty!

I 100% promise you that If you say no to garbage food end up fueling yourself with healthier choices. You will not only lose weight, but you’ll actually start feeling better too.

You’ll be surprised how much weight can be lost by tweaking this.

4. Exercise regularly

Want to lose weight? Exercise is a critical factor in any weight loss program.

Just like bad foods can give you lousy energy and poor health, regular exercise gives you incredible power and increases overall health. It’s essential for weight loss!

The more you move, the better off your body will be today and in the future.

So don’t think twice about it; lace up those gym shoes now – weight loss doesn’t just magically happen, and those bad foods won’t burn themselves off!

You have to work hard for the rewards, so put in some hard work every day and make sure that exercise is always a top priority.

A few minutes of effort per day will take you far – so let’s get motivated to lose weight!!!

5. Consistency

Weight loss 101. Having discipline is far more important than relying on motivation. Motivation comes and goes, but the field will stay with you forever.

If you want to eat healthily and work out, it’s essential to stick to the discipline of doing it regularly if you want to lose weight.

Working out and eating right can only be successfully achieved in fits and starts – it requires commitment and consistency.

It doesn’t matter how much your motivation fluctuates; discipline alone will serve as an engine that gives you the energy to push through any difficulty!

When you’re consistent, weight loss is just an inevitable byproduct

6. Stay hydrated for Weight Loss

WATER WATER WATER, and when you think you’ve had enough? Drink more! When it comes to weight loss, hydration is critical! This should almost be number 1 on my list!

Water is your best ally in this difficult fight if you’re looking to lose weight.

Drinking water will help flush out toxins and speed up your metabolism, making it easier to burn those calories. Just try it.

Try and increase your water intake significantly for a week. You’ll be surprised how much weight you can lose. Hey, you might even lose a few pounds in a few days.

Not only will water give you the energy to hit the gym harder, but it’ll also keep you full so that you eat less. So drink water to eliminate those extra pounds and start losing weight!

Don’t hesitate, don’t wait – gulp it down and watch the difference water can make as part of your battle plan against extra weight!

Water and weight loss are like peas and carrots. Here’s what the CDC has to say about drinking water.

7. Get some sleep

Wanna lose weight? Get some sleep! And try not to pee yourself after all that water you just drank.

Sleep is an essential part of having energy throughout the day, as well as focusing on daily tasks with ease. Without enough sleep, you won’t be able to get going in the morning.

You’ll feel groggy and sluggish, and it will be more challenging to focus on your work or studies.

Plus, a lack of sleep can have lasting effects that prevent you from feeling your best physically and mentally. So don’t skimp on the essential part of your lifestyle – make sure you get plenty of rest every night to wake up refreshed and ready to take on the world with energy and focus!

I understand that if you’re like me, sometimes your brain just won’t shut the F up. If you go on youtube and try guided meditations, they help out a lot. I highly recommend it.

Also

It’s important to reward yourself for all your hard work and progress. I did not include rewarding yourself in my top 7 because most people will eventually make rewarding themselves number 1 and forget about the work part, and BAM, you’re fat again!

Don’t be like most people! If you can look at yourself in the mirror at the end of the week or month and feel like you’ve made a difference, then hell, yes!

Buy yourself some new clothes, or treat yourself to a night out and go nuts! Now, if you follow these seven guidelines and put some work in.

I promise that your reward will be looking at yourself in the mirror, thinking, Dam, I look good!

These seven tips can help get you started on losing weight. Remember, it takes time and dedication to reach your goals, so keep going if you do not see immediate results.

Keep pushing forward and believe in yourself! With the right mindset and effort, anything is possible. Good luck!
